The draw for the second round of the Carabao Cup (EFL Cup) will take place on Monday night, ahead of the the first-round tie between Plymouth Argyle and Exeter City.
The match, which will be shown live on Sky Sports Football, will be preceded by the Round Two draw, with Sky Sports presenter David Prutton taking up hosting duties, alongside pundits Jobi McAnuff and Jamie Mackie. The draw itself will be made at approximately 7:20pm.
Round Two of the EFL Cup will see the introduction of the 11 Premier League clubs who aren't involved in European competition. The tournament remains regionalised, with Northern and Southern sections in play until the competition reaches Round Three, when all the remaining teams go into the same hat for the draw.
