Gareth Ainsworth credits assistant coaches for crucial half-time tweak as Gillingham come from behind to beat Rotherham United

Gillingham boss Gareth Ainsworth was understandably delighted after his side came from behind to earn a 4-1 away win at Rotherham United on Matchday 10.
A defensive mistake led to Paul Mullin putting the hosts head on 17 minutes, but a brace from Ronan Hale, plus goals from Lamin Sillah and Tom Eaves, sealed a memorable awayday victory for Ainsworth’s side, who claimed their second away win – and second 4-1 away victory – of the campaign.
Chatting to Gills TV after the match Ainsworth was still buzzing from his side’s three-goal second half performance as they sealed a big win over one of the division’s pre-season promotion favourites.
