Gareth Ainsworth paid tribute to his team's all-round performance as they put Rochdale to the sword at Spotland in a resounding 4-1 awayday victory.
Ainsworth's side scored four in a game for the first time since last August, with James Brophy stealing the headlines with a spectacular brace in a game that also saw first Gills goals for defender Omar Beckles and on-loan striker Lamin Sillah.
And, speaking to Gills TV after the match, a clearly delighted Ainsworth revealed that his enthusiasm was partly down to the result, but also due to the knowledge that the team didn't look like the finished article out there, despite the dominant scoreline.
