More injury woe for Gillingham FC as Kadeem Harris ruled out for 'lengthy spell'

Gillingham's apparent injury curse just got worse with the news that Kadeem Harris has been ruled out for an extended period after injuring his knee against Fleetwood Town.
Harris ruptured his anterior cruciate ligament with 20 minutes to go in Gillingham's 0-0 draw at Highbury Stadium, when he twisted his knee after the turf under his feet gave way.
Harris was stretchered off, clearly emotional, with fans worried that the team had been struck with another lengthy player absence.
Those concerns were confirmed on Monday night when the club posted a short statement to social media and their official website clarifying Harris' injury.
